I worked on the drawing for 6 hours. The most difficult task was to draw the boat which is in fact a photograph at the front of the harbour station. Indeed, the hull, neither curved nor straight was hard to draw. I needed one hour and a half out of the six hours spent to draw the steamship. Finally, the structure of the harbour station itself needed the most of the time.
